Create and manage subscription plans for your clients in a flexible and organized way.

How to create a subscription

  1. Log in to your Ecart Pay account.

  2. Go to Subscriptions > My subscriptions.


  3. Click on Create subscription.

  4. Complete the form with your plan information:

    • Name: subscription name.

    • Currency: default is MXN.

    • Price: amount to be charged per period.

    • Interval: monthly, yearly, weekly, etc.

    • Trial Days: optional.

    • End Date: optional.

    • Enable pro-rata billing: option available if applicable.

    • Plan features: add descriptive bullets (e.g. “full plan”, “30-day trial”, etc.)

  5. Add the customer details you wish to link to the subscription:

    • Name

    • Surname

    • Email

    • Phone (optional)

  6. Click on Save to create the subscription

Use subscription templates

To avoid filling out the entire form manually, you can use predefined templates:

  1. Go to Menu > Subscriptions > Templates.


  2. Click on Create template and complete the same form that you would use for a subscription.

  3. Save the template to use it for quickly creating new subscriptions.


💡 Tip:
Use templates to streamline the creation of multiple subscriptions with similar settings and avoid errors while filling out the form.
