What is it?

With interest-free months, your customers can divide their purchase into monthly payments without paying additional interest.

• Interest-free months: you cover the fee, and it is deducted from your sales.

• Deferred payments: they incur no cost for you; your customers bear an additional fee for dividing their purchase over months.

What is it for?

• Encourage higher-value purchases.

• Offer more payment flexibility to the customer.

• Make promotions in high season.

How to configure

1. Log in to your Ecart Pay account.

2. Go to Payments > Settings.

   

   
   

3. Select your payment provider Ecart Pay.

4. Click on Interest-free months.

5. Activate interest-free monthly payments and deferred payments.

6. Configure the installments and payment methods you want to offer, and review the applicable fee for each:

• Mastercard and Visa:

  

  • Available terms: 3, 6, 9, 12, and 18 months.

  • Set a minimum amount for installment purchases.
    
    

• American Express:

  

  • Available terms: 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, and 24 months.

  • No minimum amount required.

7. Click Save.
