What is it?

The dispersion is the process by which Ecart Pay transfers the collected money from your sales to the bank account you registered on the platform.

Dispersion Frequency

  • Dispersion occurs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

  • In the case of a holiday, it is postponed to the next business day.

  • The deposit is reflected by 4:00 p.m. at the latest

  • The estimated time to receive funds is 24 to 72 hours, depending on the receiving bank.

How to Check Your Dispersion History

You can review and download your history from: Payments > Transactions.

Click on Download report. Apply filters by date, payment method, or currency to find the transactions you need.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • “My payment was marked as paid but did not arrive”
    This may be due to an error in the bank account. A new attempt is made the same day or the next, depending on the time.

  • “My payment is held for verification”
    If you were asked for additional information and you provide it correctly, the payment is released within 1 to 15 days.

  • “My payment was sent to hold”
    In this case, the dispersion will take place after 3 months if it is a national transaction, or 6 months if it is international.

  • “My transfer was detected as fraudulent”
    In these cases, the payment is not dispersed. The validation is carried out by the relevant security entities.
