“My payment was marked as paid but did not arrive”
This may be due to an error in the bank account. A new attempt is made the same day or the next, depending on the time.
“My payment is held for verification”
If you were asked for additional information and you provide it correctly, the payment is released within 1 to 15 days.
“My payment was sent to hold”
In this case, the dispersion will take place after 3 months if it is a national transaction, or 6 months if it is international.
“My transfer was detected as fraudulent”
In these cases, the payment is not dispersed. The validation is carried out by the relevant security entities.
