It is the percentage that Ecart Pay charges for each transaction processed through the platform. This fee may vary depending on the payment method, the type of account, or the transaction volume of your business.

Standard percentage by payment method

• National credit or debit cards: 2.9% + $3.7 MXN + VAT per transaction.

• International credit or debit cards: 3.5% + $3.7 MXN + VAT per transaction.

• American Express cards: 3.5% + $3.7 MXN + VAT per transaction.

• SPEI transfers: $6.00 MXN + VAT per transaction.

• Cash payments (Club Pago): 2% + $7 MXN + VAT per transaction.

• Cash payments (OXXO): 4.5% + $7 MXN + VAT per transaction.

Are there special or customized rates for volume?

Yes. Ecart Pay offers preferential rates for businesses with high transaction volumes or specific requirements.

How is it reflected in the breakdown of the payment received?

In the summary of each transaction, you will be able to see in detail:

• The total sale amount

• The commission applied by Ecart Pay

• The net amount received after commissions
