1. Log in to your Ecart Pay account.

2. In the Home tab, you will find a banner with the Activate your account button.

3. Select the type of account.

   1. Individual.

   2. Legal entity (for companies).

4. Complete the About you form.

5. Verify your identity with Sumsub.

6. Upload photos of the front and back of your selected official document.

7. Take a moving selfie.

8. Register your current address.

9. Confirm the previously entered information.

10. Verify the identity of the legal representative.

Level 2

Monthly withdrawal limit of $500,000.00 MXN

1. Log in to your Ecart Pay account.

2. In the Home tab, you will find a banner with the Upgrade level button.

3. Upload proof of tax situation.

4. Upload proof of address.

For business accounts

5. Power of attorney letter.

6. Bylaws.

Level 3
